Ms Swati is a wonderful nutritionist and has a vast knowledge of her work. Her diet plans are extremely easy and do-able.

I am the kinds who are always skeptical of diets, as following one has never been my strong suit. So battling the odds, and there being no harm in trying, I connected with her for her weight-loss programme.

It is beyond belief, just managing the right nutrition can work such incredible magic. I have lost over 10kgs in under 3 months, and that is JUST with her diet plan! With just minor changes to the meals, I started losing weight rather swiftly. Never once did I feel hungry over the day; nor did I feel like forcing myself into eating things I would not want to. Her diet plan has meals worked to an individual's liking. My weekly plan has a pizza night, a pasta night, and a weekly cheat-meal finds its space as well!

Losing weight was definitely why I started consulting with Swatiben but I learned much more than that! I learned small habitual changes that gave me more energy, improved health, which ultimately led to weight-loss. Swatiben taught me what works for my body! I have made all the small and big lessons from her a habit and part of life! She only asked me to eat things that I liked so I never had to go out of my comfort zone. What I liked the most was that she recommended that I modify meals that I eat normally and did not make me make any hard or inconvenient meals. I learned many great healthy recipes from her too.
